Police Station Advice

Interview at the police station?

We have been representing people in the police station since 2003 in all manner of situations from simple and straightforward matters through to murder. Where possible, we try to get the matter resolved without the need for an attendance at Court. You will be represented by a fully qualified lawyer or an accredited police station representative.

We are contactable and available to those that need us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We can attend any police station as soon as required and without delay ensuring that clients are not detained any longer than is necessary.

We provide an aftercare service second to none. We operate a total representation system from first instruction to final resolution.

Remember, there is no such thing as a friendly chat with the police in any part of an investigation. Even if the interview is a voluntary one, anything you say can be used as evidence against you.

Voluntary interviews can be arranged at a time that suits you. We can contact the police and make all the arrangements. We will then attend with you to protect your rights and provide legal advice.

Our help at the police station is free because it is covered by the Legal Aid Scheme. Therefore, there is no reason why you should attend the police station without us.
