Our Services

Advice

When facing possible prosecution, it is alway wise to obtain good advice early on. If advice is all you require, then we can help. We provide a bespoke service whether you wish to take advice on possible prosecution or to see what your options are. Contact us to see how we can assist you.

Assistance

Assistance from us can be by way of advice and/or representation at the police station or in Court. It is nearly always best to be represented because the people you may deal with at the police station or in Court have more knowledge of the law and greater experience in these matters than you.

Representation

Representation in the police station and at Court is something we feel strongly about. Both the police and the prosecution are very experienced in dealing with unrepresented suspects and defendants. Don't be at a disadvantage. Contact us to discuss how we can protect your interests by representing you.

Representation in the Police Station

If someone you know has been arrested then it is important to get legal advice straight away. In addition, quite often, the police invite people suspected of committing an offence into the police station for a voluntary interview. The police often say that it is "just a chat to get your side of the story." Remember, there is no such thing as friendly chat with the police when you are suspected of committing any offence. The police are in the business of gathering evidence. If you have been invited for a voluntary interview or someone you know has been arrested then call us on 02476 344634. Our lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year.

Representation in the police station is free of charge. It is covered by the Legal Aid Scheme so there is no reason to attend the police station without us to help you.

Representation at Court

If you have very little or no experience of the Court process, then you will not be equipped to deal with Court hearings. You will be at a distinct disadvantage because everyone else in the room will have a greater knowledge of the law and procedure than you. That is why it is always important to be represented at Court. You may have an excellent defence to the charge however, if it is not put forward properly then the case could be decided against you. Therefore, it makes perfect sense to be represented to have the best chance in Court.

We are licensed by the Legal Aid Agency to assist people via Legal Aid funding. Call us to to see if you qualify for free representation at Court.
